North Carolina's "Raise The Age" Juvenile law
On December 1, 2019, North Carolina’s “raise the age” law will become effective and will increase the jurisdiction of juvenile court for delinquency cases to include 16- and 17-year-olds who commit misdemeanors and non-violent felonies.
